Year 1 and 2 Flu Vaccine

For the first time ever, each child in Year 1 and 2 across Lincolnshire is being offered the nasal spray flu vaccine in school. Parents of Y1/2 children have been sent all of the information they need to register for the vaccine to take place in school. Please ensure that these completed forms are back in school as soon as possible and note that these vaccinations will take place on Tuesday 20^th October 2015 administered by the School Nursing Team.
