Starting School
We know choosing a school for your child is a huge decision.
Here at Ancaster, we work with a number of local nurseries to ensure a smooth transition. We offer an Open Morning, tours of the school with the Headteacher, visit days, a Teddy Bears picnic and a late afternoon induction meeting.
Time is also available with our SENDCO if you need to discuss any specific needs for your child.
We encourage families to ensure their children are 'school ready'. BBC Bitesize have some support around this too -
